Rebecca Hardcastle – l’Intervista alla scrittrice e contattista americana

In Italia Rebecca Hardcastle non è molto conosciuta, ma negli USA è ben tenuta in considerazione come scrittrice, ricercatrice e contattista. Per questo motivo ho voluto contattarla ed intervistarla, trovando una persona veramente deliziosa e sincera, nonché disponibile al dialogo senza preconcetti e pregiudizi di sorta verso le persone, le cose e il futuro.

Intervista in italiano a Rebecca Hardcastle

Buongiorno Rebecca,

Prima di cominciare con le domande di questa intervista, volevo chiederti un extra,

siccome sono interessato al tuo libro “Exoconscious Humans: Will Free Will Survive in an Increasingly Non-Human World?”, volevo sapere se è prevista una edizione in italiano, dato che il mio inglese non è buono. Se ti va, inizia pure con il raccontarci le tue emozioni nello scrivere questo libro in un momento in cui imperversavano già i lockdown in metà del mondo e si stavano aprendo alcuni degli scenari da te descritti e discussi già nella presentazione del testo e che immagino siano stati approfonditi nel libro vero e proprio. Mi farebbe grande piacere sapere anche cosa ti ha spinta a scrivere questo volume.

Rebecca Hardcastle – Nel 2014 ho iniziato a fare ricerche su Exoconscious Humans: Will Free Will Survive in a “Sempre più non umano” mentre lavoravo con l’astronauta dell’Apollo 14, il dottor Edgar Mitchell, e il team scientifico della sua organizzazione Quantrek. Ho vissuto a Washington, DC, e ho incontrato molte persone e organizzazioni legate alla genetica e alla geoingegneria. Inoltre, come terapeuta e contattatrice, avevo una vasta esperienza nella tecnologia del controllo mentale e nell’ingegneria sociale. Queste persone e idee mi hanno portato ad approfondire la mia ricerca e ho iniziato a vedere modelli di ingegneria tecnologica e visioni future del mondo transumano. Durante questa fase di ricerca durata quattro anni, sono cresciuto in ansia e apprensione perché ho visto la realtà del transumanesimo dispiegarsi.

Il transumanesimo è la convinzione che gli esseri umani necessitino di miglioramenti tecnologici e ingegnerizzati per evolversi. Di conseguenza, sono cresciuta preoccupata per il futuro dei miei figli, nipoti e umani. Mentre ero preoccupato per lo svolgersi del transumanesimo, la vita mi ha fornito un dono. Nel 2017 abbiamo lasciato Washington, DC, per Phoenix, in Arizona. Durante il trasloco, mi sono finalmente sentita emotivamente separata dalla mia preoccupazione per il futuro degli umani e del nostro pianeta. Mi sentivo ottimista riguardo all’Esocoscienza come percorso positivo. E ho iniziato a scrivere il libro Exoconscious Humans.

Mentre completavo la scrittura del libro e trovavo un editore, la mattina del 1 gennaio 2020, mi sono svegliata con una voce che mi diceva che “Sarai in quarantena”. Ho detto a mio marito che saremmo stati messi in quarantena e abbiamo discusso di come ciò potesse accadere. Ma entrambi abbiamo creduto al mio messaggio. Di conseguenza, abbiamo iniziato a raccogliere ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per la quarantena e diverse settimane dopo sono iniziati il ​​COVID, i mandati e i blocchi.

All’inizio del COVID, la mia prima sensazione è stata di stupore e stupore per come Exoconscious Humans ha spiegato la storia e le applicazioni dell’ingegneria genetica a cui ho assistito progredire in tutto il mondo. Il mio libro copriva gran parte delle informazioni dalla malattia alla potenziale guerra chimico-biologica, alla geoingegneria, ai progetti governativi sul genoma e alle narrazioni sociali costruite.

La mia sensazione successiva è stata la gratitudine per la guida ET che mi ha portato a prepararmi emotivamente e spiritualmente. Sono stata anche grata per il trasferimento da Washington, DC a Phoenix, poiché il tempo mi ha permesso di rafforzare il messaggio Exoconscio per affrontare e creare un percorso attraverso il transumanesimo. Infine, sono grata che Exoconscious Humans fornisca una tabella di marcia per la nostra comunità di ET Experiencers. Gabriele – Ciao Rebecca, cosa ti ha spinto ad interessarti al fenomeno UFO e all’esistenza della vita extraterrestre?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Sono una sperimentatrice sin dall’infanzia. I miei primi ricordi coscienti del contatto risalgono all’età di tre anni. Quindi, ho avuto un contatto ET continuo, multidimensionale per tutta la mia vita. Mentre il mio contatto è continuato durante la mia infanzia e la prima età adulta, ho letto numerosi libri di paranormale e di ufologia. Volevo sapere cosa mi stava succedendo. Altri l’hanno sperimentato? Fortunatamente, nel 1996, mentre vivevo a Phoenix, Arizona, ho incontrato una donna che gestiva un gruppo di ET. La dottoressa Ruth Hover ha organizzato il gruppo di sperimentatori più longevo della nazione e mi è capitato di vivere vicino a lei. Che fortuna. Ho stretto amicizia con altri contatti e ho iniziato a condividere le mie esperienze per la prima volta.

La dott.ssa Ruth ha lavorato con la dott.ssa John Mackat all’Università di Harvard. Hanno formato un piccolo gruppo di terapeuti, diventando la prima associazione professionale a lavorare con i contattisti. Il mio apprendimento dell’Ufologia e della coscienza si è approfondito e, alla fine, è culminato nella mia creazione della parola Exocoscienza che è il lavoro della mia vita.

Gabriele – Sei mai stata testimone di un evento ufologico importante o di un contatto con extraterrestri o esseri di altre dimensioni? (Se hai qualche materiale che si può mostrare mandamelo pure).

Rebecca Hardcastle – Mentre ho avuto esperienze ET in corso, ho attraversato un periodo di contatto particolarmente intenso quando ero una madre single di tre bambini. Questo periodo è stato pieno di attività energetica della sfera. Di notte, le sfere riempivano il mio soggiorno e la mia camera da letto. I loro rumori striduli e ronzanti spesso mi svegliavano da un sonno profondo. Le sfere di accompagnamento erano frequenti visite di numerosi esseri ET: Mantide, Rettiliano, Siriano, Pleiadiano. Molti esseri. Sono anche tornato alle mie prime lezioni di “Star School” fin dall’infanzia. Il soffitto della mia camera da letto si animava di simboli abbassati. Ho ricordato i simboli e le mie lezioni della scuola stellare per leggerli. Durante questo contatto intensificato, ho letto la scienza, la coscienza, la storia alternativa e l’ufologia.

La leader del mio gruppo di sperimentatori, la dottoressa Ruth, è diventata la mia mentore e gentilmente mi ha prestato la sua vasta biblioteca. Ho letto voracemente tutto ciò che mi ha prestato. Poi una mattina è suonata la mia radiosveglia. Ricordo di aver premuto il pulsante snooze per qualche altro minuto di riposo prima di dovermi vestire per andare al lavoro, pranzare al sacco e portare i miei figli a scuola. Ero una madre single impegnata. Mentre la mia testa si appoggiava all’indietro sul cuscino, la parola “esocoscienza” è entrata nel mio corpo. Non solo la mia mente, la parola è entrata in tutto il mio essere. Comunicare sull’Esocoscienza è diventata la mia missione di vita primaria

Gabriele – Quando sei entrata in contatto la prima volta con una realtà di contatto? Se vuoi raccontare anche un caso o più casi, prenditi tutto lo spazio che ti serve.

Rebecca Hardcastle – Il mio primo contatto infantile aveva due dimensioni: extraterrestre e interdimensionale. Di conseguenza, ho scritto un libro narrativo di saggistica che descrive in dettaglio le mie esperienze infantili e adulte, Exocoscienza: la tua mente del 21° secolo. Durante l’infanzia, ho avuto numerose visite ET nella mia camera da letto. Li ricordo come figure incappucciate in piedi in un gruppo. Mi hanno svegliato e mi hanno fatto sapere che erano presenti. Inoltre, ho ricordi vividi di essere stato portato a bordo di un’imbarcazione: l’ho chiamata “scuola stellare”. Durante questo periodo, un essere bianco alto che potrebbe essere stato Pleiadiano o Acturiano mi ha fatto da mentore. L’ho incontrato in una stanza e mi ha guidato e insegnato. Era saggio e paziente. A bordo della nave, ricordo grandi auditorium che ospitavano molte persone della mia età.

Gli esseri mi hanno informato che avrei lavorato sulla Terra con altri riuniti lì. Ne ho incontrati molti. Una donna, Marilyn Gewacke, che ha fondato una comunità di coscienza 5G nello stato di New York e ha scritto libri che trasmettevano ZaZar, mi ha invitato a parlare al suo gruppo. Quando ci siamo incontrati, ha esclamato: “Ti conoscevo dalle navi”. Fino ad oggi, ci connettiamo e ci conosciamo telepaticamente. Il mio secondo tipo di contatto riguardava esseri interdimensionali sotto terra. Vivevo nella piccola città di Clarksburg, nel West Virginia. Era una città mineraria, quindi la terra era porosa. Ho ricordi vividi di quando sono andato sottoterra con gli esseri e poi sono stato respinto in superficie. Ma, ancora una volta, era una sensazione fisica di muoversi più in basso e uscire.

Questi esseri erano principalmente rettiliani, elementali che sono guardiani della prima e della seconda dimensione. Dato che le mie esperienze d’infanzia sono avvenute in così giovane età, non ho mai sperimentato l’angoscia esistenziale o il trauma che gli altri hanno subito. Per me il contatto è sempre stata la mia realtà e da bambino mi fidavo della sua realtà e degli esseri che incontravo. Ho stretto un rapporto di fiducia con molti di loro. Quindi non c’era bisogno che li respingessi o mettessi in dubbio la loro presenza. Il contatto era una realtà primaria.

Più tardi, sono arrivato a vedere questo contatto interdimensionale sotterraneo come un tipo di lavoro sciamanico svolto dai nativi americani e dagli indigeni. Noi umani possediamo una coscienza multidimensionale e siamo destinati a sperimentare tutte le dimensioni della vita. E per rendersi conto di come le dimensioni siano collegate. Come l’attività su una dimensione influisce su tutte le altre. Da bambino mi sono reso conto che la coscienza cosmica era sopra e sotto la Terra. È interessante notare che le navi ET e gli esseri sotterranei erano collegati. Era un fenomeno integrato.

Gabriele – C’è una connessione diretta tra ciò che sta accadendo, ciò che hai scritto nel libro e qualcosa di cui sei a conoscenza o che ti è stato rivelato, ma non hai ancora rivelato?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Come ho condiviso, ricevo spesso messaggi. E io agisco su di loro, fidandomi della loro accuratezza anche quando non hanno senso. Ora discerno la comunicazione e la guida in molti anni di contatti, letture e ricerche. Esploro e determino cosa sta succedendo nell’essere personale, nell’Ufologia, nella comunità degli Esperti, nell’energia della Terra e nel sistema planetario. Poiché comunicare sull’Esocoscienza è il mio obiettivo, sono a conoscenza delle organizzazioni che si formano attorno all’informazione ET UFO con obiettivi e programmi diversi.

Consapevoli di questo svolgersi, ci sono molti schemi e previsioni disponibili. Pertanto, voglio condividere una breve panoramica delle diverse intenzioni tra due gruppi. Un gruppo è Exoconscio, composto da comunità di base di individui moralmente sovrani. Molti di loro sono sperimentatori maturi, coscienti e continui. Si fidano della loro intelligenza e capacità psichiche. Questo gruppo costituisce il fondamento della scienza della coscienza cosmica. Co-creeranno innovazioni e invenzioni per il pianeta Terra e gli esseri cosmici. I loro corpi naturali, menti e spiriti stanno attualmente avanzando per questo lavoro, fondato sulla pace, la comunità e l’etica cosmica.

È significativo che questo gruppo stia formando una coscienza cosmica, consapevole dell’energia planetaria e terrestre che avrà un impatto sugli individui, sulla Terra e sul nostro sistema solare. È un lavoro energetico di livello superiore che richiede dedizione e una prospettiva spirituale radicata. La missione di I-EXO, l’Istituto per l’Esocoscienza, rafforza ed estende questo lavoro. Un altro gruppo comprende massicce affiliazioni e associazioni della Terra: militari, intelligence, governo, banche, università e corporazioni. Ciascuno di questi gruppi rappresenta una comunità digitale o una colonia di dati. E questo è importante da capire: enormi reti di server informatici immagazzinano le informazioni digitali raccolte. Successivamente, utilizzando l’intuizione artificiale, una forma di intelligenza artificiale che formula scenari, inizia a creare algoritmi di somiglianze e modelli per il processo decisionale di gruppo. Calcola i rischi, le sfide e valuta le potenziali scelte.

È un sistema di colonie di dati di informazioni che viene raffinato in algoritmi per il processo decisionale. Le associazioni della Terra si fidano delle enormi informazioni sulle colonie di dati provenienti da molti gruppi compilate in programmi per computer per guidare il processo decisionale umano. L’IA rimane primaria. Questi gruppi vivono in un campo di coscienza artificiale e sperano di sfruttare, misurare, monetizzare e, in alcuni casi, armare gli esseri umani come risorse di dati per il loro campo. Questa occupazione dell’IA avviene in tutta la vita umana, animale, vegetale e minerale della Terra. È un predominio pianificato a spettro completo della Terra e dello Spazio.

I computer ora sono al comando. Quindi, quando le persone chiedono “chi gestisce il nostro paese o chi comanda”, hanno bisogno di educarsi all’intelligenza artificiale e alla sua portata eccessiva nel processo decisionale umano. Uno dei motivi per cui la vita sembra così vulnerabile, instabile, caotica e strana è perché comandano i computer, non gli esseri umani. Noi umani dobbiamo prendere coscienza di questa realtà artificiale e creare percorsi per la sicurezza, la cooperazione e la co-creazione. In contrasto con la leadership dell’IA, gli Umani Exoconsci si fidano di se stessi, del loro naturale contatto cosmico e della loro intuizione in una relazione sovrana peer-to-peer. Questi umani vivono in un campo naturale di coscienza multidimensionale. Co-creano una civiltà esocosciente sulla Terra e nello spazio come una rete peer-to-peer.

Gabriele – Cosa pensi del trans-umanesimo verso cui stiamo andando in contro, ovvero una ibridazione della specie umana con il sintetico e la tecnologia?

Rebecca Hardcastle – L’esocoscienza valorizza la conservazione e il progresso della coscienza multidimensionale umana naturale, che ha libero accesso al campo della coscienza. Prevediamo che il progresso della coscienza aprirà il corpo fisico a nuove abilità. E queste nuove abilità includeranno anche la crescita emotiva, mentale e spirituale. Exoconscious Humans guiderà nella creazione di antidoti alle tossine nei nostri vestiti, cibo, acqua, case, aria (5G e scie chimiche) e farmaci (guerra chimica e biologica). Questi antidoti purificheranno il corpo in modo tale che la salute e il progresso siano assicurati. Gli umani esocoscienti si considerano cittadini planetari e cosmici.

Questa relazione costituisce la base di innovazioni e invenzioni co-create che consentono il nostro movimento nell’universo in una cooperazione pacifica. Al contrario, i transumani apprezzano il miglioramento tecnologico umano, che li collega al campo artificiale della coscienza. La coscienza transumana è incentrata sul cervello e sul computer. Tre metodi primari di attaccamento collegano la vita naturale al campo artificiale. Il primo è l’ingegneria genetica. La biologia sintetica assicura l’ingegneria artificiale del sistema immunitario umano e del DNA. Questa ingegneria si sta verificando anche in natura. Poiché gli esseri umani e le piante accettano l’ingegneria genetica, il titolare del brevetto di ingegneria sintetica ora li possiede. Tutti e tutto saranno posseduti e collegati a una vasta coscienza artificiale. Il secondo è la geoingegneria, che include cambiamenti scientifici su Terra, Spazio e pianeti. È un sistema massicciamente interconnesso di satelliti spaziali-HAARP-scie chimiche-CERN-e installazioni planetarie sopra e sottoterra.

Questo sistema controlla il tempo, produce energia e manipola l’elettromagnetismo gravitazionale della Terra. Questo sistema è stato costruito per decenni. Gli esseri umani e gli animali geneticamente modificati si connettono a questo sistema. Il terzo è l’ingegneria sociale, che è il controllo mentale tecnologicamente avanzato. Comprende tutti i principali mezzi di informazione, istruzione, letteratura, intrattenimento e piattaforme sociali. Sebbene l’antica, moderna ricerca di ingegneria sociale sia iniziata dopo la prima guerra mondiale con lo studio dei soldati colpiti da proiettili. Comprendeva metodi per controllare gli esseri umani attraverso psicosi, traumi, paura, linguaggio e bisogni e comportamenti di attaccamento. Questa ingegneria include l’uso della memetica per sostituire e influenzare le emozioni umane.

L’ingegneria sociale passerà al controllo mentale diretto con impianti neurali e dal cervello alla tecnologia informatica. I transumani saranno esseri biologici sintetici cyborg con menti ed emozioni controllate che vivono in un campo artificiale di coscienza guidato da un gruppo d’élite di scienziati e ingegneri, chiamati tecnocrati. Sarà privo di spiritualità, creatività, pensiero critico e capacità psichiche perché queste dipendono dal libero accesso al campo naturale della coscienza multidimensionale. Pertanto, gli esseri umani esoconsci saranno gli unici liberi di esprimere spiritualità, creatività, pensiero critico e capacità psichiche. Gli unici liberi di co-creare, innovare e inventare.

Gabriele – Credi che l’umanità si possa spaccare in due specie distinte e separate dato il rifiuto di molti a questa trasformazione violenta e forzata che sta avvenendo? Se si, cosa pensi possa accadere?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Ci è voluto del tempo, ma gradualmente mi sono reso conto che gli Umani Esocoscienti sarebbero stati una specie residua sulla Terra. Ma saremo abbastanza di noi. È interessante notare che mentre gli esseri umani esoconsci affrontano le sfide del controllo mentale e del transumanesimo tecnologico, sviluppiamo livelli avanzati di intelligenza e abilità psichiche. Creiamo anche una forte volontà e intenzione spirituale. Questo è essenziale. Per gran parte dell’evoluzione umana, siamo stati intimamente connessi alla vita multidimensionale naturale.

Tuttavia, tale connessione è interrotta dall’influenza globale dell’elettricità, delle microonde e della tecnologia dell’energia al plasma. Non abbiamo più il privilegio di vivere allo stato naturale. Quindi, dobbiamo evolvere attraverso la nostra volontà spirituale. Sostenere la vita richiede che lavoriamo, ci impegniamo e ci dedichiamo alla nostra sopravvivenza e vita sulla Terra attraverso la nostra creatività, pensiero critico e innovazione. Ma questa volontà spirituale richiama anche l’assistenza cosmica in modo tale che il nostro essere esoconscio ci mostri la via. Quindi, per necessità, ci evolviamo come peer to peer con ET e multidimensionali.

Gabriele – Nella presentazione del tuo libro, leggo che credi che tra le rivelazioni dell’exoconscius Humans, ci possa essere quella della vita extraterrestre e della spiegazione del fenomeno UFO (cose sulle quali mi trovi totalmente d’accordo), naturalmente il titolo stesso del libro parla di presa di coscienza umana, della vita di li fuori nel cosmo?

Rebecca Hardcastle – ET e gli sperimentatori multidimensionali, gli Umani Esocoscienti, si fidano del loro contatto, comunicazione e co-creazione. Come comunità, siamo al di là del contatto, al di là della divulgazione. Tuttavia, continuiamo a sostenere gli sforzi di divulgazione, ma non abbiamo alcun bisogno personale di affermazione da parte dei politici o del governo. Professionalmente, ho partecipato al movimento di divulgazione per oltre 20 anni.

Ecco un articolo per la stampa della X Conference 2009 a Washington DC. Sono stato anche uno dei primi membri della comunità internazionale di Exopolitics. Sono anche coinvolto con la dottoressa Lynne Kitei e l’evento Phoenix Lights del 1997 (25° anniversario quest’anno). Eppure, la mia attenzione è rimasta sull’Esocoscienza. Mentre lavoravo con il dottor Mitchell, ho organizzato un incontro con John Podesta, consigliere della Casa Bianca per il presidente Obama. Discuteremmo l’energia di punto zero, la coscienza e la divulgazione della Presenza ET. Sfortunatamente, il dottor Mitchell si ammalò e l’incontro fu annullato, ma storicamente registrato nei documenti di Wikileaks.

Gabriele – Credi che il report presentato al Congresso USA, la questione degli UAP ecc., porteranno davvero ad una disclosure e alla divulgazione pubblica di alcune prove, magari diluite nel tempo, che possano condurre a delle conclusioni che non scatenino panico e problemi, tra la popolazione non credente al fenomeno o scettica per paura?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Gli sforzi del Congresso che chiedono all’Intelligence (DNI) e al Pentagono (DOD) di creare un ufficio per i rapporti UFO/UAP sono limitati dalle visioni del mondo dei partecipanti. Intelligence e militari hanno raccolto informazioni su UFO e contatti per oltre 70 anni. Sfortunatamente, hanno scelto di fare affidamento su segretezza, sotterfugi, confusione e, in alcuni casi, omicidi per nascondere le loro informazioni al pubblico. Avere ora fiducia che un gruppo di intelligence del controspionaggio o scienziati di operazioni segrete guiderà la divulgazione è irrazionale. Dalle prime dichiarazioni pubbliche di dicembre 2017, articolo del New York Times sulla divulgazione, il messaggio del governo è stato che gli UFO sono una minaccia. L’Istituto per l’Esocoscienza ha pubblicamente messo in dubbio la narrativa della minaccia. Tuttavia, la narrativa della minaccia cresce, principalmente attraverso militari, politici, intrattenimento, notizie e social media e ora audizioni del Congresso.

Minaccia indica l’eventualità di operazioni militari, di intelligence, bancarie e di controllo tecnologico che utilizzano attacchi UFO. I blocchi di COVID impallidiranno rispetto ai mandati di una minaccia UFO. Tuttavia, man mano che gli esseri umani entrano gradualmente nel campo artificiale della coscienza attraverso la biologia sintetica, la geografia e l’ingegneria genetica e sociale, saranno facilmente guidati da narrazioni ingegnerizzate. La divulgazione del governo promuove principalmente la colonializzazione, il controllo, la cattura e la monetizzazione di asteroidi, pianeti e Luna. Inoltre, verrà utilizzato per estrarre minerali rari di cui c’è un disperato bisogno per la loro realtà informatica, creare un robusto sistema di sorveglianza planetaria e posizionare armi nello spazio. Sarà una “divulgazione artificiale”, un mezzo per controllare e armare lo spazio. La mia affiliazione con due gruppi favorisce la pace nello spazio.

Carol Rosin è la fondatrice dell’Istituto per la sicurezza e la cooperazione nello spazio esterno e portavoce di uno scienziato missilistico tedesco, il dottor Wernher Von Braun, che l’ha avvertita di una serie di eventi militari che avrebbero portato all’armamento dello spazio. Inoltre, sono un membro di The Ethics of the Cosmos, fondato da Timofey Egorov, un cosmonauta/istruttore di astronauti russo.

Gabriele – Credi possibile quindi che questa presunta eventuale disclosure sia legata agli eventi che verranno ed a ciò che stiamo vivendo in questi oscuri anni?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Nel corso della storia, gli esseri umani hanno vissuto anni bui di miseria, controllo e morte. Mentre le guerre mondiali erano planetarie, i loro sistemi di comunicazione delle notizie sui social e sui media erano rudimentali. Oggi stiamo affrontando un’era di guerra unica: questa guerra è segreta, nascosta, alla maggior parte delle persone. È una guerra che attacca gli umani con armi chimico-biologiche, malattie e ingegneria genetica-geo (guerra meteorologica e spaziale). È una guerra che usa narrazioni per occupare cuori e menti molto più intensi di quelli lanciati dagli Stati Uniti durante la guerra del Vietnam. Questa occupazione dei cuori e delle menti utilizza tecniche comportamentali psicologiche e sociologiche.

Gli umani radunano, bloccano e si imbrigliano volentieri a un sistema di coscienza artificiale con queste armi da guerra. Creiamo le nostre prigioni. Quando il pianeta prigione sarà al suo posto, la Space Force avrà libero sfogo sulle imprese spaziali pubbliche e private, libere da supervisione o legge. Before starting with the questions for this interview, I wanted to ask you an extra,

Since I am interested in your book “Exoconscious Humans: Will Free Will Survive in an Increasingly Non-Human World?”, I wanted to know if there is an Italian edition, since my English is not good. If you like, start by telling us your emotions in writing this book at a time when lockdowns were already raging in half the world and some of the scenarios you described and discussed already in the presentation of the text were opening up and which I imagine are been explored in the actual book. I would also like to know what prompted you to write this volume.

I began researching Exoconscious Humans: Will Free Will Survive in an Increasingly Non Human World in 2014 while working with Apollo 14 Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell and his Quantrek organization’s science team. I lived in Washington, DC, and met with many people and organizations connected to genetic and geo-engineering. In addition, as a therapist and contactee, I had an extensive background in mind control technology and social engineering. These people and ideas led me to deepen my research, and I began to see patterns of technology engineering andfuture Transhuman world views.

During this research phase that lasted four years, I grew anxious and apprehensive because I saw the reality of Transhumanism unfolding. Transhumanism is the belief that humans require technological, engineered enhancements to evolve. As a result, I grew worried about the future for my children, grandchildren, and humans.

While I was concerned about the unfolding of Transhumanism, life provided me with a gift. In 2017 we left Washington, DC, for Phoenix, Arizona. During the move, I finally felt emotionally separated from my worry about the future of humans and our planet.I felt optimistic about Exoconsciousness as a positive path. And I began to write the book, Exoconscious Humans.

As I completed writing the book and finding a publisher, on the morning of January 1, 2020, I awakened with a voice telling me that “You will be quarantined.” I told my husband that we would be quarantined, and we discussed how this could happen. But, we both believed my message. As a result, we began to gather what we needed to quarantine, and several weeks later, COVID, the mandates, and lockdowns began.

As COVID began, my first feeling was astonishment and awe of how Exoconscious Humans explained the history and applications of genetic engineering that  I witnessed progressing throughout the world. My book covered much of the information from the disease to potential chemical-biological warfare, geo-engineering, government genome projects, andconstructed social narratives.

My next feeling was gratitude for the ET guidance that led me to prepare emotionally and spiritually. I was also grateful for the move from Washington, DC to Phoenix, as the time permitted me to strengthen the Exoconscious message to cope with and create a path through Transhumanism.

Finally, I am thankful that Exoconscious Humans provides a roadmap for our community of ET Experiencers. It is a roadmap that strengthens and advances natural human consciousness and our ability to connect, communicate and co-create with ETs and multidimensionals. A star map from benevolent, wise guardians of humans and Earth.

Interview Questions:

Hello Rebecca, what prompted you to become interested in the UFO phenomenon and the existence of extraterrestrial life?

Rebecca Hardcastle – I am a childhood experiencer. My first conscious memories of contact were by the age of three. Thus, I’vehad continuous ET, multidimensional contact throughout my life.

While my contact continued through my childhood and early adulthood, I read numerous paranormal andUfology books. I wanted to know what was happening to me. Did others experience it?

Fortunately, in 1996 while living in Phoenix, AZ, I met a woman who ran an ET experiencer group. Dr. Ruth Hover organized the longest-running experiencer group in the nation—and I happened to live near her. How fortunate. I became friends with other contactees andbegan to share my experiences for the first time. Dr. Ruth worked with Dr. John Mackat Harvard University. They formed a small group of therapists,becoming the first professional association to work with contactees.

My learning about Ufology and consciousness deepened, and eventually, it culminated in my creation of the word Exoconsciousness that is my life work.

Have you ever witnessed an important UFO event or a contact with extraterrestrials or beings of other dimensions? (If you have any material that can be shown, please send it to me)

Rebecca Hardcastle – While I had ongoing ET experiences, I moved through a particularly intense contact period when I was a singlemother of three children. This period was full of energetic orb activity. Nightly, orbs filled my living room and bedroom. Their screeching and buzzing noises often woke me from a deep sleep.

Accompanying orbs were frequent visitations from numerous ET beings: Mantis, Reptilian, Sirian, Pleiadians. Many beings.

I also returned to my early ‘Star School’ lessons from childhood. The ceiling of my bedroom became alive with symbols pushed down. I remembered the symbols and my star school lessons to read them.

During this heightened contact, I read into science, consciousness, alternative history, and Ufology. The leader of my experiencer group, Dr. Ruth, became my mentor and graciously loaned me her extensive library. I voraciously read everything she loaned me.

Then one morning, my radio alarm went off. I remember hitting the snooze button for a few more minutes of rest before I had to dress for work, pack lunches and get my children to school. I was a busy singlemother.

As my head rested back on the pillow,  the word “exoconsciousness'”came into my body. Not just my mind, the word entered my entire being. Communicating about Exoconsciousness has become my primary life mission

When did you first come into contact with a contact reality? If you also want to tell a case or more cases, take all the Space you need.

Rebecca Hardcastle – My earliest childhood contact had two dimensions—extraterrestrial and interdimensional. As a result, I wrote a narrative non-fiction book detailing my childhood and adult experiences, Exoconsciousness: Your 21^st Century Mind.

During childhood, I had numerous ET visitations in my bedroom. I recall these as hooded figures standing in a group. They awakened me and let me know they were present. Also, I have vivid memories of being taken on board craft—I called it “star school.” During this time, a tall white being who may have been Pleiadian or Acturian mentored me. I met with him in a room, and he guided and taught me. He was wise and patient.

Aboard the ship, I recall large auditoriums that held many people my age. The beings informed me that I would work on Earth with others gathered there. I’ve met several of them. One woman, Marilyn Gewacke, who founded a 5G consciousness community in upstate NY and wrote books channeling ZaZar, invited me to speak to her group. When we met, she exclaimed—”I knew you from the ships.” To this day, we connect and telepathically know one another.

My second type of contact involved interdimensional beings below the ground. I lived in the small town of Clarksburg, West Virginia. It was a mining town, so the land was porous. I have vivid memories of going underground with beings and then being pushed back above ground. But, again, it was a physical sensation of moving lower and coming out. These beings were primarily reptilian, elementals who are guardians of the first and second dimensions.

Since my childhood experiences occurred at such a young age, I never experienced the existential angst, or trauma others went through. For me, contact was always my reality, and as a child, I trusted its reality and the beings I met. I formed a trusting relationship with many of them. So there was no need for me to push them away or question their presence. Contact was a primary reality.

 Later, I came to see this underground, interdimensional contact as a type of Shamanic work done by Native Americans and indigenous people. We, humans, possess a multidimensional consciousness and are meant to experience all of the dimensions of life. And to realize how the dimensions are connected. How activity on one dimension affects all the others.

As a young child, I realized that cosmic consciousness was above and below the Earth. Interestingly, the ET ships and the underground beings were connected. It was an integrated phenomenon.

Is there a direct connection between what is happening, what you wrote in the book and something that you are aware of or that has been revealed to you, but you have not yet revealed?

Rebecca Hardcastle – As I’ve shared, I often receive messages. And Iact on them, trusting their accuracy even when they don’t make sense.

I now discern communication and guidance over many years of contact, reading, and researching. I explore and determine what is happening in personal being,  Ufology, the Experiencer community, Earth energetics, and the planetary system. Since communicating about Exoconsciousness is my objective, I’m aware of organizations forming around the ET UFO information with different focus and agendas.

Aware of this unfolding, there are many patterns and predictions available. Therefore, I want to share a brief overview of the diverse intention between two groups.

One group is Exoconscious, composed of grassroots communities of morally sovereign individuals. Many of them are mature, conscious, ongoing experiencers. They trust their psychic intelligence and abilities. This group forms the foundation of cosmic consciousness science. They will co-create innovations and inventions for planet Earth and cosmic beings.

Their natural bodies, minds, and spirits are currently advancing for this work, grounded in peace, community, and cosmic ethics. Significantly, this group is forming cosmic consciousness, aware of the planetary and earth energetics that will impact individuals, Earth, and our solar system. It is higher-level energetic work that demands dedication and a grounded spiritual perspective. The mission of I-EXO, the Institute for Exoconsciousness, strengthens and extends this work.

Another group comprises massive Earth affiliations and associations: military, intelligence, government, banking, universities, and corporations. Each of these groups represents a digital community or data colony. And this is important to understand: enormous networks of computer servers storetheir collected digital information. Next, using Artificial Intuition, a form of AI that formulates scenarios,begins to create algorithms of similarities and patterns for group decision making. It calculates risks, challenges, and evaluates potential choices. It is a system of data colonies of information that is refined into algorithms for decision making.

The Earth associations trust massive data colony information from many groups compiled into computer programs to guide human decision-making. AI remains primary. These groups live in an artificial field of consciousness, and they hope to harness, meter, monetize, and in some cases weaponize humans as data resources for their field. This AI occupation happens in all human, animal, plant, and mineral Earth life. It is a planned full spectrum dominance of Earth and Space.

Computers are now in charge. So when people ask “who runs our country or who is in charge,” they need to educate themselves on artificial intelligence and its over-reach into human decision-making. One of the reasons life feels so vulnerable, unstable, chaotic, and weird is because computers, not humans are in charge. We humans need to become conscious of this artificial reality and create pathways for security, cooperation, and co-creation.

In contrast to AI leadership, Exoconscious Humans trust themselves and their natural cosmic contact and intuition in a peer-to-peer sovereign relationship. These humans live in a natural field of multidimensional consciousness. They co-create an Exoconscious Civilization on Earth and in Space as a peer-to-peer network.

What do you think of the Transhumanism towards which we are going against, that is, a hybridization of the human species with the synthetic and the technology?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Exoconsciousness values the preservation and advancement of natural human multidimensional consciousness, which has free access to the field of consciousness. We predict that advancing consciousness will open the physical body to new abilities. And these new abilities will also include emotional, mental, and spiritual growth.

Exoconscious Humans will lead in creating antidotes to toxins in our clothing, food, water, homes, air (5G and Chemtrails), and medical drugs (chemical, biological warfare). These antidotes will cleanse the body such that health and advancement are assured.

Exoconscious Humans regard themselves as planetary and cosmic citizens. This relationship forms the basis of co-created innovations and inventions that allow our movement into the universe in peaceful cooperation.

In contrast, Transhumans value human technological enhancement, which connects them to the artificial field of consciousness. Transhuman consciousness is brain and computer-centric.Three primary methods of attachment connect natural life to the artificial field. The first is genetic engineering. Synthetic biology assures the artificial engineering of the human immune system and DNA. This engineering is also occurring in nature. As humans and plants accept genetic engineering, the synthetic engineering patent holder now owns them. Everyone and everything will be owned and connected to a vast artificial consciousness.

The second is geo-engineering, which includes scientific changes on Earth, Space, and planets. It is a massively interconnected system of space-satellite-HAARP-chemtrails-CERN-and planetary installations above and underground. This system controls the weather, produces energy, and manipulates the gravity electromagnetics of the Earth. This system has been building out for decades. Genetically engineered humans and animals connect to this system.

The third is social engineering, which is technologically advanced mind control. It encompasses all major news media, education, literature, entertainment, and social platforms. Although ancient, modern social engineering research commenced after WWI with the study of shell-shocked soldiers. It comprised methods of controlling humans through psychosis, trauma, fear, language, and attachment needs and behaviors. This engineering includes the use of memetics to replace and influence human emotion. Social engineering will move into direct mind control with neural implants and brain to computer technology.

Transhumans will be cyborg synthetic biological beings with controlled minds and emotions living in an artificial field of consciousness steered by an elite group of scientists and engineers, called technocrats. It will be void of spirituality, creativity, critical thinking, and psychic abilities because these depend on free access to the natural field of multidimensional consciousness.

Thus, Exoconscious Humans will be the only ones free to express spirituality, creativity, critical thinking, and psychic abilities. The only ones free to co-create, innovate, and invent.

Do you believe that humanity can split into two distinct and separate species given the refusal of many to this violent and forced transformation that is taking place? If so, what do you think might happen?

Rebecca Hardcastle – It has taken time, but gradually, I realized that Exoconscious Humans would be a remnant species on Earth. But there will be enough of us.

Interestingly, as Exoconscious Humans meet the challenges of mind control and technology Transhumanism—we develop enhanced levels of psychic intelligence and abilities. We also create strong spiritual will and intention. This is essential.

For much of human evolution, we were intimately connected to natural multidimensional life.However, that connection is severed through the encompassing influence of electricity, microwavesand plasma energy technology. We no longer have the privilege of living in a natural state. So, we must evolve through our spiritual will. Sustaining life demands that we work, commit, and dedicate ourselves to our survival and life on Earth through our creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. But this spiritual will also summons cosmic assistance such that our Exoconscious being shows us the way. So, of necessity, we evolve as peer to peer with ETs and multidimensionals.

In the presentation of your book, I read that you believe that among the revelations of the exoconscius Humans, there may be that of extraterrestrial life and the explanation of the UFO phenomenon (things on which I totally agree), of course the title of the book itself speaks of human awareness, of life outside in the cosmos? (before answering I suggest you read the next two questions)

Rebecca Hardcastle – ET and multidimensional experiencers, Exoconscious Humans, trust their contact, communication, and co-creation. As a community, we are beyond contact, beyond disclosure. Yet, we remain supportive of disclosure efforts but have no personal need for affirmation by politicians or government.

Professionally, I’ve participated in the disclosure movement for over 20 years. Here is a press articlefrom the 2009 X Conference in Washington DC. I was also an early member of the international Exopolitics community. I am also involved with Dr. Lynne Kitei and the Phoenix Lights event of 1997 (25^th anniversary this year). Yet, my focus has remained with Exoconsciousness.

While working with Dr. Mitchell, I arranged a meeting with John Podesta, White House Counsel for President Obama. We would discuss zero point energy, consciousness, and disclosure of the ET Presence. Unfortunately, Dr. Mitchell became ill, and the meeting was canceled, but historically recorded in the Wikileaks documents.

Do you believe that the report presented to the US Congress, the issue of UAPs, etc., will really lead to a disclosure and public disclosure of some evidence, perhaps diluted over time, which can lead to conclusions that do not trigger panic and problems, among the population unbeliever of the phenomenon or skeptical out of fear?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Efforts of Congress asking Intelligence (DNI) and the Pentagon (DOD) to create an office for UFO/UAP reports are limited by the worldviews of the participants. Intelligence and military collected UFO and contactee information for over 70 years. Unfortunately, they chose to rely on secrecy, subterfuge,  confusion, and in some cases, assassinations to keep their information from the public. To now trust that a group of counterintelligence intel or secret operation scientists will lead disclosure is irrational.

From the initial public news statements of December 2017, New York Times article on disclosure, the government message has been that UFOs are a threat. The Institute for Exoconsciousness publicly questioned the threat narrative. However, the threat narrative grows, primarily through military, politicians, entertainment, news and social media, and now congressional hearings. Threat indicates the eventuality of military, intelligence,  banking, and technology control operation using UFO attacks. The lockdowns of COVID will pale in comparison to the mandates of a UFO threat.

However, as humans gradually enter the artificial field of consciousness through synthetic biology, geo, and genetic and social engineering—they will be easily led by engineered narratives.

Governmentdisclosure primarily fosters the colonialization, control, capture, and monetization of asteroids, planets, and the Moon. In addition, it will be used to mine rare minerals desperately needed for their computer reality, create a robust planetary surveillance system, and place weapons in Space.

It will be “artificial disclosure” –a means to control and weaponize space.

My affiliation with two groups fosters peace in Space. Carol Rosin is the founder of the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space and spokesperson for a German rocket scientist, Dr. Wernher Von Braun, who warned her about a series of military events that would lead to the weaponization of Space. In addition, I am a member of The Ethics of the Cosmos, founded by Timofey Egorov, a Russian Cosmonaut/Astronaut Trainer.

Do you think it possible, therefore, that this alleged possible disclosure is linked to the events to come and to what we are experiencing in these dark years?

Rebecca Hardcastle – Over the passage of history, humans have experienced dark years of misery, control, and death. While the world wars were planetary, their social and media news communication systems were rudimentary.

Today, we are facing a unique era of war—this war is covert, hidden, from most people. It is a warattacking humans with chemical-biological weapons, disease, and genetic-geo engineering (weather and space warfare). It is a war using narratives to occupy hearts and minds much more intense thanthe US launched during the Vietnam War. This occupation of hearts and minds uses psychological, sociological behavioral techniques. Humans willingly round up, lockdown, and harness themselves to an artificial consciousness system with these weapons of war. We create our prisons. When the prison planet is in place, the Space Force will have free reign over public and private space enterprises, free of oversight or law. 

Only Exoconscious Humans, who trust their maturity, hearts, and minds, are willing to detox, take responsibility, and, most notably, exercise their conscious sovereign morality will survive. Through our survival of exercising our advanced spiritual will, we become independent Exoconscious Humans. We collaborate and co-create with cosmic beings for the health and welfare of our solar system and universe.

Do you think that all the intelligent life of the cosmos and with which we are in contact are enlightened, positive, and evolved beings, or is there also room for aggressive, malevolent or simply unscrupulous or emotionless individuals and communities?

Rebecca Hardcastle – The dualist 3D nature of Earth manifests malevolent and benevolent beings. Dualism connects to human consciousness—the conscious and the unconscious and the mass consciousness. Furthermore, Earth has multiple dimensions, each with a  role in the connected universe.

Experiencers mature into their contact and change their perspective. Impressions of early contact may change with ongoing contact and information. Many experiencers transition from a malevolent, trauma view of initial contact into a positive, benevolent outlook.
